(comes in tins so transfer what you don&amp;#39;t use into a screw top container preferably glass.( great for weight loss, fights off disease, anti-&amp;#160;bacterial&amp;#160;and anti       <title>2012 Excitement</title>

Up until recently I have found that when the inspiration starts to flow I have just let it pour out and as it is coming directly through from source I don't always hear what I have said and so it gets lost.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604418"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604420"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;I did play with the idea of trying to record this as it was happening but as David was very anti being recorded this was fraught with problems and so it was never satisfactorally &amp;#160;managed.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604421"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604423"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;I took to rushing back into the bus, grabbing my note pad and writing it all down. That completely lost the passion that comes with the inspirational flow and I realised that I really needed to find some way of sharing my passion.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604424"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604426"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;I have had many ideas; holding fireside gatherings and recording those conversations being one idea. But that again was fraught with other issues such as recording permissions and the inevitable breakdown of coherence that accompanies most human gatherings where alcohol is present. I personally no longer imbibe alcohol but as David pointed out I couldn't dictate that my guests should abstain.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604427"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604429"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;So after many abortive attempts to record my inspirations I decided that recording them directly was the best way. My first attempt, which can be seen on You Tube is punctuated with my doubts that it was recording and because I was quite tired when I recorded it it is far too slow for most people to get anything from.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604430"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604432"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Then on Christmas evening I felt the up-whelling of another big and exciting inspiration. I suddenly felt the importance of being one of the people who had elected to be part of the generation to experience the most heralded year in the whole of human history 2012!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604433"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-1604435"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;I became so excited and I needed to share my excitement with as many people as I could reach and so before speaking any part of it I went into the bus, picked up my Dictaphone and trusted that it would record. Then I went on to the Mind Movies site and selected a series of images, typing onto each image additional inspirations.       <title>Wheat Free Mince Pies</title>
      <description>&lt;table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" id="tabcolumn-1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 15px"&gt;&lt;tr&gt;&lt;td&gt;&lt;div id="column-1" usermodifiable="true" style="width: 100%"&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056365"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;As you will have read on my website I have some special Christmas recipes coming out in the winter edition of Get Fresh.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056366"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Because of issues beyond their control that edition wont be out until later this week and so it will be too late for you to start making mince pies so I have decided to put the recipe on here for you.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056367"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056369"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Christmas is
traditionally the time of year when we throw caution to the wind and indulge in
foods and drinks &amp;#160;that we know are going
to lead to; serious bloating, a solid block of food down your middle and falling
asleep shortly after lunch and family arguments! 

But it doesn’t have
to be like that; you can indulge your decadent side, get the “traditional”
affect and feel fabulous too!

The recipes I am
sharing with you are ones that I will be creating for the festive season for my
family and friends and most of them prefer these to the usual suspects.

So let us start off
with a seasonal favourite;

&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056370"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;Mincemeat Tartlets&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056371"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;Base&lt;/b&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056372"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183;1
cup of almonds soaked for 8-12 hours&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056373"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;1

cup of cashews nuts – milled&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056375"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; 2tsp
cinnamon&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056376"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; 50g
of coconut butter melted&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056377"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; 25g
of cacao butter melted

&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056378"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mincemeat&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056379"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#183; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Handful
of goji berries – soaked&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056380"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; 4
fresh dates chopped&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056381"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; &amp;#189;

nutmeg&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056386"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; Pinch
ground cloves&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056387"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; 1
tsp sweet miso&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056388"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; &amp;#160;1
orange juiced and grated peel&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056389"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;b&gt;Method&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;Base&lt;/b&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056390"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; Melt
the cacao butter and the coconut butter separately as they have differing
melting temperatures. The coconut butter will melt if stood in a container in a
bowl of boiled water. The cacao butter will need to be grated to achieve this.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056391"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; &amp;#160;P&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;ut
the almonds into the food processor first until they are like breadcrumbs.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056392"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; Add
the rest of the ingredients&amp;#160; and process
till everything is mixed well and moist&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056393"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; Press
mixture into silicon moulds as quickly as you can as the cacao butter
solidifies very quickly and makes it difficult to work with.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056394"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; &amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Place
in the freezer whist you make the mincemeat.

&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056395"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056397"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mincemeat&lt;/b&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056398"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; In
a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056399"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; Take
the bases out of the freezer and using a spoon place some mincemeat into each
pressing it into the base, return to the freezer for &amp;#189; an hour.&amp;#160;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056400"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;Remove
from freezer and press pies out of their cases, you will see that they have a
lovely sheen on them and stand up beautifully on their own.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div id="ctrl-24056401"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial" size="4"&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#183; You
can store them in a container in the fridge till ready to eat. &amp;#160;

&amp;#183; &amp;#160;Take
them out of the fridge and allow them to warm to room temperature before
serving (you can’t heat these as the shells will melt)

These
have such a great flavour and are so full of goodness that they are very
satisfying without being heavy.
