I have just spent a fabulous day and wanted to share it with you so that you could feel great too.

I spent the day at "Natural Lifestyles" a wonderful space in Newport Pagnell where there is access to some of the healthiest and tastiest experiences.

Max and Jacqui had evidently been sharing the excitement about the presence of a leading light in the Awareness wave because there was a steady stream of wonderful people throughout the day. There was an eagerness to experience a new and better way of eating.

2012 Excitement

I often become inspired when I spend time in the company of my partner David. Up until recently I have found that when the inspiration starts to flow I have just let it pour out and as it is coming directly through from source I don't always hear what I have said and so it gets lost.

I did play with the idea of trying to record this as it was happening but as David was very anti being recorded this was fraught with problems and so it was never satisfactorally managed.

I took to rushing back into the bus, grabbing my note pad and writing it all down.
